Copyright - My Rights

 Now that you understand the legal side of my work, I do offer my clients the opportunity to purchase the copyright.  This is most often required when images I create are for business promotions, such as web pages and business cards. A purchase amount is discussed, based on the clients needs, at the time the contract is initiated with the studio.
Some clients will request images, from personal shoots, for their use in social media and to create their own images for themselves.  Generally, individual images are $75, with each additional image at $50 each.
Your image requirements can be discussed and a personal quote created for copyright purchases.
Stewart Vincent Photography will still maintain the right to use these images.
Once a copyright is sold, I no longer can control how, or where, you use your image. Neither can I control the quality of the images when printed elsewhere. As a professional, I would request that any reproductions be printed through my studio to maintain the integrity of my work.
Much time is spent on editing, enhancing and cropping my clients images, and in doing so, I know I have presented my best work for their purposes.  It is, after all, my name that is signed to my images.
